Paul S. Newman and Jack Sparling bring us a story of vines that turn deadly when "The Rains Came!" Turok and Andar are forced into a new area of Lost Valley by unseen cavemen. They see skeletons of honkers held by lifeless vines. The vines, however, do not remain lifeless when it begins to rain, and they come alive to grip and strangle. Then, in "The Stowaway," the two Indian braves try to evade a hostile cave tribe, making a log raft to escape down river at night. A small child hides inside the windbreak, and tells them of the hazards they will encounter down river.
