There are two stories in this issue. The cover story is called "Drought," and finds Turok and Andar suffering along with the rest of the inhabitants of Lost Valley during a drought. They encounter some cavemen who insist that they find water for them or Andar will be killed. Then, in "The Secret Of The Black Water," the two walk into a swampland full of crude oil, and the hostile primitives who inhabit it.
