Turok and Andar meet a tribe that lives in a mountain valley next to a volcano in "The Angry Mountain." The volcano has been dormant for generations, but now comes back to life, and the young Indians must find a way to save the lives of the tribes people in order to save themselves. Then, in "The Flying Menace," Turok kills a pteranodon, and a cave tribe that worships the flying beasts as gods sentence the two strangers to death. If they can prove that the pteranodons hatch from eggs, and are therefore not gods, they will be allowed to live. This issue is reprinted in TUROK #36.
